ObjectiveFind out the nosocomial infection epidemic characters in the department of pediatric through descriptive study.Analyse the risk and protective factors of nosocomial infection in the department of pediatric by case-control study and supply theory gists for control of nosocomial infection.MethodStudy the nosocomial infection epidemic characters in the department of pediatric through descriptive study.Analyse the influence factors of nosocomial infection in the department of pediatric by case-control study.Results105 cases of nosocomial infection were identified among 1352 cases with an incidence of 7.7%.skin infection(24.8%) Respiratory infection(14.3%) and gastrointestinal infection(11.0%) were the most frequent nosocomial infections observed. The pathogens of N1 were bacteria(21),viruses(7)and fungi(16).2.ANOVA indicated: hospitalization day, age, body weigh, invaded operations in hospital, the use of antibiotics, the use of hormone, the variation antibiotics and ICU,were related with hospital intestinal infection.conditional multiplicity logistic regression model analysis showed that hospitalization day, diagnosis pieces, the variation antibioties were risk factors.ConclusionNosocomial infections are a frequent complication in pediatrics. The variation antibiotis, hospitalization day, diagnosis pieces are identified to be correlative with nosocomial infection. They are not necessarily related to invasive procedures but certainly are related to a group of factors that have particular characteristics in the pediatric age group.
