| Objective : To investigate and discuss the expression and their clinical significance of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR),β-tubulin,excision repair cross complement -1(ERCC-1) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues. Methods : Expression of EGFR,β-tubulin and ERCC-1 in 92 NSCLC tissues was measured by Immunohistochemical Envision method. Results: 1,The positive rates of EGFR,β-tubulin and ERCC-1 in NSCLC were 76.1 % , 73.9 % and 40.2%, respectively. The positive rates of EGFR and ERCC-1 were higher in NSCLC than those in normal lung tissues (P<0.05). the positive rate ofβ-tubulin in NSCLC is lower than that in normal lung tissues , no significant relationship was observed(P>0.05).2,NO significant relationship were observed in expressions of EGFR,β-tubulin and ERCC-1 0f histological classification between squamous cancer and adencarcinoma. The positive rate of EGFR in early stage was lower than in late stage , the positive rates of EGFR in Lymph node metastasis positive group is higher than that in negative group, the positive rate ofβ-tubulin in mediate-high differentiation is higher than in low differentiation, (P<0.05).3,A total of 35 patients with NSCLC were treated with chemotherapy of Cisplatin contained regiment. The response rate in negative group (low-expression ) /positive group ( over-expression) of EGFR,β-tubulin and ERCC-1 were 38.5%/22.7%, 33.3%/26.9%, 34.8%/16.7% (1.7,1.2 and 2.1 times, respectively, (P>0.05).4,The long-term curative effect(1-year survival rates, 2-year survival rates, median survival duration )of low -expression group of EGFR and over expression group were 30.8%,15.4%, 12.5month and 36.3%,18.2%,11.2month, respectively. The long-term curative effect of negative group ofβ-tubulin and positive group were 44.4%,11.1%, 10.3month and 30.9%,19.2%,11.8month, respectively. The long-term curative effect of negative group of ERCC-1and positive group were 39.1%,21.7%, 10.4month and 25%,8.3%,9.5month, respectively. There were no significances of long-term curative effect of the three proteins between the two corresponding groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: 1,Over-expression of EGFR concerned with the development and progression of non-small cell lung cancer. Low-expression ofβ-tubulin maybe concern with growth and invasion of lung cancer.2,There is overexpression of multiple drug resistance-related proteins in NSCLC. Combining detection is helpful to the choice of the drug of chemotherapy and prediction of prognosis. |
