[background] Fatness is one of the factors of aggravating many disease, such as hypertension, heart disease, diabetes etc. At all time , scholastic of the world pay more attention on how to defend and cure the fatness. In 1994, Mr. Zhang and his group cloned ob gene first from the fat tissue of 60 transmissibility fat rats. This advanced the research of fatness to a new level. Leptin is coded by ob gene, excretived by fat tissue, compositived by 167 amino acid. It can acts on nerve center system, keep the relatively stabilization of the fat tissue through adjusting energy metabolize. At the normal instance, fat accumulating cause the augment of Leptin's excreting, through the polarization of insulin β-cell, accordingly control the excreting of the insulin, so someone put forward the theory of the adjust of insulin axis' feeding back. At the pathology situation , some factor descends the leptin receiver's sensitivity, causes β-cell depolarization, destroys the adjust of insulin axis' feeding back., induces the hyper-insulin. It is obvious that leptin is the medi-homone in adjusting fat-insulin axis. In 1987, we succeeded to develop the importantoperation to cure obese----liposuction, and we have made it tonormal operation in plastic surgery . Especially after using the technic of little sucker, quantity of perfusion and the endoscopy , the operation can be made more safely, the quantity of losing blood decreases, but the quantity of suction is not limited any more., the range and the adapt expand. Now the liposuction has become the best way to decrease the fatness and figure the beautiful body . But , how to use it to defend the internal diseases...
