Observation Of The Carotid Atherosclerosis Plaque Type Difference Between Urgur Nationality And Han Nationality Acute Cereberal Infarction, And The High Risk Factors Difference In Carotid Atherosclerosis Plaque Type Of Two Nationalities.

Objective To investigate whether cartiod atherosclerosis plaque type has difference between Urgur nationality and Han nationality ACIS patients,and in different plaque type ,whether the influence extent of high risk factors exist difference between both nationalities,the high risk factors includes TG,low LDL-C,CRP,FIB,UA and Hcy. Methods One hundred sixty(Urgur nationality patients 80 cases,Han nationality patients 80 cases ) hospitalized patients were enrolled and there medical records were analysedretrospectevely. All patients were examined with color Doppler ultrasonography,blood TG,LDL-C,CRP,FIB,UAand Hcy were determined. Results (1)In different nationality,the cartiod atherosclerosis plaque distributing type is similar (P<0.05 ),the chief plaque type is hard-plaque. (2)In hard-plaque patients,There is statistical intergroup difference in blood FIB constration between Urgur nationality and Han nationality ACIS patients(P < 0.05 ).(3)In flat-plaque patients,There is statistical intergroup difference in blood CRP constration between Urgur nationality and Han nationality acute cereberal infarction stroke patients(P<0.05 ).Conclusion (1)cartiod atherosclerosis plaque type is similar between Urgur nationality and Han nationality ACIS patients;(2)In hard-plaque patients ,FIB constration of Urgur nationality is higher than Han nationality.(3) In flat-plaque patients, To different cartiod atherosclerosis plaque type patient of these nationalities, blood CRP constration of Urgur nationality is higher than Han nationality.(4)In the couse of plaque treation,the high risk factors should be examined,and be controlled in different grade.
