Before Xinjiang medical service price adjustment, the annual growth rate of health care costs of out-patient clinics was 11. 4%, while 9.3% in hospital. After the price adjustment Xinjiang medical expenses annual growth rate of out-patient was -0.3%, while-1.3% hospitalization.
