Objective: Bio-resonance for BICOM2000detection system and UniCAP100allergen specific IgE allergy serum assay consistency of analysis and comparison,ToIdentify major allergens allergic diseases in the region of our city, Discussion BIOM2000Bio-resonance allergen detector clinical value in the diagnosis of allergic diseases.Methods533cases of allergic patients were detected with detector of GermanyBICOM2000Bio-resonance, resonance of biological allergens and the positive andnegative subjects who were based on history, clinical presentation and patientwillingness to conduct targeted and/or the target of serum sIgE detection (using theSwedish company Pharmacia provided UniCAP100automatically in vitro allergendetection system) respectively, two detection methods were derived allergen positiveCommon allergens are listed according to the results of the two methods toUniCAP100serum allergen-specific IgE assay as the gold standard, the twodetection methods common allergens classification/group comparison, the bio-resonance and serum specific IgE detect allergens compliance rate.the rate thecorrelation of two kinds test were contrasted.Results533cases of allergic patients, the total positive rate of allergen test was71%with BICOM and43%by serum specific IgE test(sIgE). There was nostatistically significant difference of the positive rate in common allergen betweenBICOM and sIgE test,Artemisia genus, dust mites, peanuts, peaches, aspergillusfumigatus5class/group allergy, χ2were3.450,3.060,3.125,0.250and0, P>0.05, thedifference was not statistically significant. In addition, ragweed, fish class2/groupdifferences between the original group allergy significant, χ2were43.460and13.760,P <0.05, a statistically significant difference. Grouping comparison with testing results of two methods: Bio-resonance detection method and serum specific IgE thanthe compliance rate between47%to83%, including dust mites and peanutcompliance rate is low at52%and47%, fish, Aspergillus fumigatus, Artemisiaclass, ragweed, peach5class/group allergens were83percent compliance rate,83%,76%,73%and69%were more than69%.Conclusion1. Allergic disease is clinically common disease. This study of533cases of allergicdiseases, and bio-resonance and serum specific IgE allergy testing, Artemisia, ragweed, dust mites (house dust mites, dust mite) common allergens in the region, but also allergic diseases common in the region and causes high incidence.2. Serum specific IgE is widely recognized as the most important method of allergytest. In this study, comparative analysis of533cases of allergic diseases BICOM2000biological system resonances and UniCAP100serum allergen-specific IgE testresults, obtained BICOM2000bio-resonance detector with UniCAP100automaticdetection system in vitro allergen allergy with a detection result of the originalcompliance.3. Allergen detection methods currently used in the clinic of skin prick tests, serumsIgE detection, intradermal test, etc., due to the problem of registration of both at astandstill, or can be used as bio-resonance detection of patients (especially childrenand elderly patients) conducted allergies screening of the original detection method.4. As an important basis for the diagnosis of allergic diseases, no single allergendetection methods are not diagnosed allergic disease, should be combined withpatient history and clinical data selection method is suitable for the detection ofallergens the patient’s own situation. BIOM2000bio-resonance detection method oras a complementary method of in vivo and in vitro testing, to be more in-depth,scientific and objective basis for clinical consultation forensics...
