| Objective:Discuss if the combined action of high temperature and noise should strengthen the effect of audition by the inquisition.Method:291 employees age above 20,working age above 2 year,(94 under high temperature,101 in noise,96 under high temperature and noise) are selective examination by random sampling,and compare them with 73 back office force.Each personnel information,past and occupation history are inquired,and the site high temperature,noise and the audition of the respondent are monitored and tested.Result:1) To the noise effect of audition,both language frequency and high frequency audibility threshold are higher than the cross reference,which means noise can not only improve high frequency audibility threshold but also language frequency audibility threshold.The result is in conformity with the theory and practice.2) Under the high temperature,the effect of simple high temperature language and high frequency audibility threshold has significant difference(P<0.05).The results is conformity with the theory,but disagree with the report of the ZhaoJie internal China and Pekkarinnen external China,so effect to audition under the simple high temperature need to be further discussion.3) To the combined action effect of high temperature and noise,compared with simple noise group,language audibility threshold and high frequency audibility threshold high temperature noise group has no significant difference.To the effect of working age to audibility under the high temperature and noise, for the workers of working years less than 10 years,10 to 15 years and longer than 15 years in the high temperature and noise group,either high frequency audibility threshold or language frequency audibility threshold has no significant difference.Conclusion: the combination effect of the noise at a certain level and high temperature with low intensity has no significant influence to the audibility,but the effect of simple high temperature activity can not be neglected。We should carry on the research to determine the combined action effect how high the noise and the temperature separately are. Furthermore,we should perfect the safeguard-related and protect the health of the worker by the study of the effect of the simple high temperature activity. |
