The Retrospective Research About The Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes Of 275 Osteoarthritis Patients

Objective:To retrospective research the distribution about Chinese medicine syndromes of Osteoarthritis.Methods:carry on a clinical research to 275 Osteoarthritis the sufferer's certificate types from January in 2002 to December in 2006 of four hospitals,to survey the different sex,race,age,course of illness and X slice of the certificate type distribute.Results:(1)The main syndromes of psoriasis are the Cold wet,the hot damp,the liver and kidney shortage,and the phlegm and extravagated blood knot with each other,the liver and kidney shortage being most commonly seen type which about 36.4%.(2)Four kinds of Chinese medicine certificate types have already shown the meaning in the age(P＜0.05).(3)Sufferer of the liver and kidney shortage and the phlegm and extravagated blood knot with each other along with the extension of the age(P＜0.05),using Pearson Chi-Square,we find more the Cold wet in early ages and the liver and kidney shortage and the phlegm and extravagated blood knot in later ages.(4) Each certificate type have statisticsed difference in the course of illness time(P=0.000). the Cold wet and the hot damp have differt with the liver and kidney shortage,and the phlegm and extravagated blood knot(P＜0.01),using Pearson Chi-Square,the incidence in the Cold wet become litter but the liver and kidney shortage become more.(5)Four kinds of Chinese medicine certificate types have statistic meaning(P＜0.01),using Pearson Chi-Square,pathological change of the Cold wet is litter than the liver and kidney shortage,and the phlegm and extravagated blood knot.The varieties of the hot and damp don't show any statistics meaning.Conclusion:(1)From the four syndromes,the liver and kidney shortage can be seen mostly,the least is the hot and damp syndrome.(2)Four kinds of certificate types distributed difference and don't show Obviously meaning in the sex,race and weight.(3) During the research of the age factors,we can conclude that the liver and kidney shortage is seen at the older of age.(4) it is clear conlude from ages of certificate types and the course of illness time research that the Cold wet is mainly,increasing along with the age,the liver and kidney shortage and the phlegm and extravagated blood knot syndromes are most.(5) the Cold wet syndrome come from type regard 0 classes,1 to2 X slice changes,the liver and kidney shortage and the phlegm and extravagated blood knot syndromes are 2 classes,3 and 4 X slice changes,the hot and damp syndrome have no statistics.
