Objective:By retrospective study, preliminary study of TCM syndrome differentiation of primary Sjogren syndrome typing rules, for the final establishment of the syndrome differentiation standard attempt.Methods:Through the textual research, early preliminary investigation, expert consultation, design history questionnaire. Review of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine survey of Rheumatology, Department of Ophthalmology and Department of nearly5years of primary Sjogren’s syndrome patients hospitalized a total of200cases, collecting general information and the information of four diagnostic methods. The quantized symptoms, tongue and pulse as syndromes variable input computer, establish the original SPSS database. General data using descriptive statistical analysis, analysis of system clustering method to cluster the syndromes of variable sample finishing. Determine the number of clusters on the basis of professional knowledge, lists the symptoms, tongue, pulse frequency of clustering and integral distribution, the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation of TCM experts, to determine the cluster category.Results:200cases of patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome was the final clustering into seven categories. By experts to determine the type of syndrome differentiation after clustering respectively:Yin dryness type, Qi and yin deficiency, yin deficiency and blood stasis type, yin deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin deficiency of both qi and Yin, blood stasis, blood stasis, deficiency of fluid and damp-heat, blood deficiency type.Conclusion:The preliminary conclusion of TCM syndrome differentiation of primary Sjogren syndrome typing scheme, and was similar to previous studies, but its scientific and practical need further clinical validation.
