Clinical Research Of Acupuncture Therapy The Type Of QiXuTanYuZuLuo Of Ischemic Stroke

Objective: To observe the change of treatment before and after all observed indexs of using the YiShenTiaoDu JianPiHuaYu acupuncture method therapy the type of QiXuTanYuZuLuo of ischemic stroke, meanwhile objectively to evaluate clinical therapeutic effect of this method. Methods: 63 Patients of ischemic stroke randomly divided into two group, treatment group using acupuncture medthod of YiShenTiaoDu JianPiHuaYu, control group were given the method of regulate qi and blood dredge the meridians and collaterals,10 days was a period of treatment and three period of treatments were observed the effect. Results: Cured and effectual rate in the treatment group was 56.3%, in the control group was 29.0%, two groups were different significantly (P<0.05); treatment before and after the score for neurologic impairment was decreased and for activity daily living was increased, with significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01); treatment after of the score for neurologic impairment degree, with significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05); treatment before and after the change of blood rhology index, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05), treatment after the change of blood rhology the part of index,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusions: The therapeutic effect of YiShenTiaoDu JianPiHuaYu acupuncture method therapy the type of QiXuTanYuZuLuo of ischemic stroke was superior to the control group, this method was superior to the control group in the field of improvement neurologic impairment degree and the blood rhology index. Syndrome differentiation therapy ischemic stroke compared with traditional acupuncture method, this method may decreased disability rate, improvement living viability, improves patient's quality of life, reduced heavy financial burden of the family and the social it is worth to promote application on clinical.
