Objective YuJinFang is compound preparation that the traditional Chinese medicines are primarily and pharmaceutical chemicals are auxiliary, its principal constituent are pharmaceutical chemicals CH3(aethocaine hydrochloride,benzoic acid,potassium metabisulfite),VB1,VE,tricalcium phosphate and several kinds of precious traditional Chinese medicines for example Ginseng,Sea-Horse,Prepared Fleeceflower Root,Solomonseal Rhizome,the kiwi fruit and so on. It can tonify vigour, invigorate liver and kidney, tune spirit and blood; utend to expand aeteria coronaria, relieve pain, drop blood fat, reinforce organism immunity, delay senile and so on. This article made empirical study on the effect of heart and cerebral vessels, delaying senile, acute toxicity and so on. Method (1) The effect of heart blood vessel, do the experiments of aeteria coronaria flow and heart rate with isolated heart of rabbits,droping blood fat with healthy male rats. (2) The effect of delaying senile,do the experiments of delaying senile,bearing oxygen-poor,reinforcing organism immunity, cultivate human embryonic lung fibroblast with the serum containing YuJinFang, to observe the change passage and cellularity; and make analyze dismantle prescription of YuJinFang on the experiments of delaying senile,bearing oxygen-poor. (3) The other effect, do the experiment of calm with healthy mice,the shrinking experiment of the intestines smooth muscle with exvivo ileum of rabbits. (4) The acute toxicity experiment, do the experiment of acute toxicity to rats. Result (1) The effect of heart blood vessel: The experiment of aeteria coronaria flow and heart rate with isolated heart of rabbits indicated that, aeteria coronaria flow increased gradually and heart rate step down with dose increase of YuJinFang. The droping blood fat experiment indicated that, comparing with high-blood fat control group, high,middle,low-dose groups of YuJinFang had significanal loss of TC,TG in serum of high blood fat rats(P<0.05), every group had significanal raising of HDL-C,HDL-C/TC (P<0.05). (2) The effect of delaying senile: In the experiments of prasping rope and swimming toleration, comparing with the senile model group, high-dose group of YuJinFang had extreme significant difference (P<0.01), middle,low-dose groups of YuJinFang and GuiLingJi group had significant difference (P<0.05). Comparing with the blank group , pharmaceutical chemical group and low-dose group of YuJinFang had extreme significant difference (P<0.01), the rest groups had no significant difference. Comparing with SI,TI of the senile model group, high,middle,low-dose groups of YuJinFang and traditional Chinese group had significant difference(P<0.05). Comparing with the senile model group, all of the SOD content of every group's serum step up, high,middle-dose groups of YuJinFang had extreme significant difference (P<0.01), GuiLingJi group and traditional Chinese group had significant difference (P<0.05); all of the MDA content of every group's serum cut down, high-dose group of YuJinFang had extreme significant difference (P<0.01), middle-dose group of YuJinFang,GuiLingJi group and traditional Chinese group had significant difference(P<0.05). The bearing oxygen-poor experiment indicated that, Comparing with the blank group in the condition of normal pressure, high,middle-dose groups of YuJinFang,GuiLingJi group and traditional Chinese group had significant difference(P<0.05); in the oxygen-poor condition of poisoning sodium nitrite, high,middle-dose groups of YuJinFang,GuiLingJi group and traditional Chinese group had significant difference(P<0.05); in the oxygen-poor condition of poisoning potassium cyanide, high,middle-dose groups of YuJinFang and GuiLingJi group had significant difference(P<0.05). The vitro cell serial subcultivation experiment indicated that, comparing with the blank group, the number of passage of YuJinFang group and cristae mitochondria and crude surface endoplasmic reticulum were more, cytolysosome and vacuole body are less. The reinforcing organism immunity experiment indicated that, the lymphocyte quantity of downtrodden esterase masccline increased extreme significantly with YuJinFang(P<0.01), the absolute number of lymphocyte had extreme significantly increase(P<0.01), the thymic weight of normal mice had extreme significantly increase(P<0.01), but spleen weight had no significantly increase(P>0.05), and it had extreme significant recovery effect to downtrodden circulatory blood of mice(P<0.01). (3) The other effect: The calm experiment indicated that, comparing with the blank group, the activity number of YuJinFang group reduced obviously, had extreme significant difference (P<0.01). The shrinking experiment of the intestines smooth muscle with exvivo ileum of rabbits indicated that, it was different with different dose of YuJinFang, low dose(to add 0.1~ 0.3ml physic liquor to 30ml Tyrode's solution) made shrinking extent of intestinal canal increase obviously; when the dose had increasing, shrinking extent of intestinal canal had tapered. (4) The acute toxicity experiment indicated that the LD50 of YuJinFang exceed 15000mg/kg, it pertains innocuity. Conclusion YuJinFang have visible effect of dropping blood fat to high blood fat rats, have effect of delaying senile,bearing tiredness, and can reinforce organism immunity,bear oxygen-poor,calm,promote enterocinesia,increase aeteria coronaria flow of heart,step down heart rate; the experiments of dismantle prescription of YuJinFang indicated that, the effect of traditional Chinese composition are more obvious than pharmaceutical chemical composition.
