The Related Research Of Burnout And Work Pressure Of College Medical Staffs In Chongqing

In recent years, as the reform and opening-up and economic restructuring, people face increasing work pressure, and burnout increasingly become the daily work and life in an unavoidable problem. The health care staffs are as a high rate of burnout crowd, their burnout impact and harm should not be overlooked. College health care workers because of their working environment and the special services into the health care workers in a special group to study the work they purport burnout and work pressure, and their mutual relationship is very necessary. This study was designed to understand the medical college work pressure and job burnout, and their mutual relations and strengthen the management of University Hospital scientific management, the establishment of healthy support mechanism to prevent and reduce medical college work burnout, thereby improving the work of medical staff the quality of life and health care efficiency, reduce medical disputes, the provision of evidence of medical blunders.This study used the internationally popular Mashile burnout and single-dimension scale pressure on the scale 18 colleges and universities in Chongqing Municipality hospitals (including health) 672 medical staffs conducted a questionnaire survey. SPSS12.0 statistical software used for statistical analysis reach the following conclusion.1. Medical colleges and universities in Chongqing Municipality pressure intensity is not high, the middle level of burnout.2. In addition to the achievement significantly reduced dimensions , the remaining dimensions between the doctors and nurses,between different gender, work experience, job stress and work in three dimensions burnout differences are not significant.3. Stress and job burnout emotional exhaustion, to human dimensions of the two were positively correlated, work pressure can be a good prediction for the emotional exhaustion and to humanity.
