Work-related injuries preventing is the most important part of occupational safety and health management, and also the most important indicators for evaluation. How to effectively carry out anti-work-related injury plan to reduce accidents and occupational hazards is the first point for this paper. The management, social security, economics and other related theory are referred to in this paper and research methodology is comparative analysis methods and empirical analysis methods.In this paper, from the perspective of the management system anal sizing the occupational safety and health status, work-related injury prevention status and the existing problems of the management, and after vertical comparison with the developed countries, we could have some ideas to improve our management system: In order to solve the existing problems, the whole society must acknowledge the importance of labor protection, and really understand "people-oriented" and then speeding up the legislation process for the work-related injury prevention. Through the improvement of institutions and straightening out the relationships of various departments to achieve the integration of resources, we could achieve our goal. Enterprise management at the same time will be included in the Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS), which supervises and strengthens enterprise management of production safety. Finally, making full use of the intermediary organizations and community groups in the occupational health and safety management.After taking the above steps, "unified leadership, legal department supervision, comprehensive enterprise responsibility, mass supervision participating, and society-wide supporting" production safety working pattern is able to be built.
