With the extensive use of new energy,new materials and new technologies,the great improvement of labor productivity has brought greater occupational hazards to workers.Since the reform and opening up,the production safety accident rate has been high.The appeal of industrial injury workers in returning to work,realizing employment equality and realizing life value is still not satisfied.Due to long-term neglect of work-related injury rehabilitation in our country,vocational rehabilitation,slow development,the industrial injury workers because didn't get timely and effective vocational rehabilitation services and lost the chance to return to society and job,contrary to "prevention" and "compensation","rehabilitation" trinity international development trend of industrial injury insurance.The existing empirical evidence shows that the demand for industrial injury rehabilitation,especially occupational rehabilitation,is increasingly significant in China,and the occupational rehabilitation of industrial injury patients is faced with severe challenges.In response to the growing industrial injury rehabilitation needs,effectively solve the problem of industrial injury vocational rehabilitation services in Shanghai,the Shanghai and formally implemented on January 1,2011 "Shanghai industrial injury rehabilitation management trial opinion",industrial injury rehabilitation formally incorporated into part of industrial injury insurance,the industrial injury workers of can attend industrial injury rehabilitation.The stand or fall of occupational rehabilitation effect of industrial injury is deciding whether industrial injury worker can realize the desire that returns to work post.Therefore,the evaluation of occupational rehabilitation effect of industrial injury is an important content to measure the implementation of occupational rehabilitation of industrial injury.This paper mainly takes the occupational injury workers who are hospitalized for occupational rehabilitation as the investigation object,takes the occupational rehabilitation effect service as the research object,takes the occupational rehabilitation effect as the research content,analyzes the evaluation of occupational rehabilitation service from the industrial injury patients to evaluate the occupational rehabilitation service effect of the occupational rehabilitation institution designated by industrial injury insurance.First of all,on the basis of domestic and foreign studies on occupational rehabilitation services for work-related injuries,this study analyzes the current development and practice of occupational rehabilitation system for work-related injuries in Shanghai.Then through literature research and interviews with experts and patients with work-related injuries,a research system for evaluating the effect of occupational rehabilitation services for work-related injuries in Shanghai was constructed,which includes four dimensions: life satisfaction,life ability,work ability and interpersonal skills.A simple expert scoring method was adopted to weight the indicators.Then a questionnaire survey was carried out among the patients who underwent occupational rehabilitation in the designated rehabilitation institutions of Shanghai industrial injury insurance.The conclusion of this study is as follows: the current evaluation score of occupational rehabilitation of industrial injuries in Shanghai is 3.168,which is in the general level and far below the highest evaluation score of 5.Among them,the score of life ability was the highest,and the score of work ability was the lowest.By using the in-depth interview method,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the provision of occupational rehabilitation services for work-related injuries in Shanghai,and finds that the current effective vocational rehabilitation services are short of time,the contents of vocational rehabilitation are not enough,the rehabilitation effect of vocational ability needs to be improved,and there is a shortage of professional rehabilitation personnel.Finally,some Suggestions are put forward to improve the effect of occupational rehabilitation of industrial injuries in Shanghai.Expand the rehabilitation talent team,improve the level of vocational rehabilitation;The rehabilitation institution should implement the content of vocational rehabilitation service and improve the patients' vocational working ability.We will improve the internal management of rehabilitation institutions and standardize the mechanism for supervising the rehabilitation of work-related injuries.
