Objective:To recommend Improved Devine-Johnson operation which is a technique of improving in treating latent penis.Methods:Application the tunica albuginea corporis spongiosi in the root of penis and corium tissue of incision and pectineal fascia sutured in combination with resection of dys desmo-chords.Results:Of 40 cases,2 cases appeared severely dropsy after 1 day of post-operation which disappeared in 1 week by treated the symptom;all cases were follow up on June and December respectively and penis could not reeoveried and penis developed well.Conclusion:Improving Devine-Johnson operation is an ideal approach to treat latent penis.
