Over the past several years, the development of human resource in health sector of our country has made a remarkable progress. But there were many problems existing in training, such as tedious instruction type, old content in lectures. There is an urgent need to improve the quality of health human resources in China as well as the quality of medical education and training, which is one the main challenges faced by the Chinese health sector.The research aims to get a thorough grasp of the existing circumstances of health training market and health service providers'intent in training.
