Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is a common disease in department of obstetrics. It especially occurs in the intermediate and advanced stage of pregnancy and usually occurs after 20 weeks of pregnancy, whose clinical manifestation is hypertension, edema, albuminuria and which harm the health and life of pregnant woman and fetus. Therefore, it has always been attached to special attention by the maternity science. At present, the main therapy methods of Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy are depressurization and terminating pregnancy. So it is very necessary to make accuracy diagnosis as soon as possible.Fu discovered that auto-antibodies against angiotensinⅡtype 1-receptor,AT1R-AA ,existed in the blood of severe Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patients, and this autoantibody possessed the function of receptor agonist. If the AT1R was stimulated by this autoantibody, the biological activity of AT1R Mediated angiotensinⅡwould enhance, which leaded to the high level of blood pressure. Wallukat detected by ELISA that AT1R autoantibody in the blood of pre-eclampsia patients has obvious tendency of elevation. Subsequently, the valuable results were attained from the study of other investigators. Hereby, it has special significance to do some research on it.RIA analysis (RIA) is a high-sensitivity, high accuracy determination of advanced Micro devices (10-9-10-10g) material technology. For quantitative detection of ATIR-AA, the experiment is using radioimmunoassay method, first of all, inspecting ATIR autoantibodies in blood from a number of aspects, including the normal non-pregnant women, women of normal pregnancy, Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patients of various degrees and women before and after childbirth. The experiment showed that normal non-pregnant womens'ATIR-AA average result was1.81±0.26nmol. Along with the increase of month of pregnancy there was a gradual increase of ATIR in blood. We detected 12 cases, 14cases and 34 cases in early pregnancy, the medium-term, the group of advanced and the average ATIR-AA were 5.99±0.64nmol, 7.61±1.84nmol, and 12.15±2.35nmol. During the comparison of ATIR-AA, the difference was statistically significant. The AT1R-AA levels increased with the severity of blood diseases of Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and they were higher than normal pregnancy especially in eclampsia period. We inspected 16 cases, 16 cases and 16 cases of light, severe pre-eclampsia and eclampsia respectively. Their AT1R-AA results were 25.62±3.35nmol, 36.79±6.35nmol, 84.47±20.43nmol respect- tively. Through the comparison of the groups the difference was statistically significant. Detecting 16cases, 16cases and 16cases of light, severe pre-eclampsia and eclampsia respectively and their average results were 14.55±1.10nmol, 18.76±4.56nmol, 38.16±4.44nmol, lower than before. The difference between the groups before and after was statistically significant. Conclusion: with the increase of pregnant month, AT1R-AA level in blood increased with the severity of the disease and the level was higher than normal especially in eclampsia period. After childbirth AT1R-AA level was lower than before. Thus the method of detecting AT1R-AA level in blood could be used as a diagnosis of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy. And the first use of it could be a great advantage to the scientific research and clinical practice.
