The cardiovascular diseases are one of the main factors that harm people's health.The Atherosclerosis(AS) is important pathology process leading to the cardiovascular diseases. Researches had showed that lipid metabolic disturbance, hemorheology abnormality, oxidative damage and so on that promote AS to take pl TFAK .In the regulated course of lipid metabolism,some biological active components have important effect. actinidia kolomikta(Maxim. &Rupr.) maxim is widespread in china. its leaf is very beautiful,and contain a lot of flavone that have value to develop.The model of experimental hyperlipoproteinemia rats have established by giving lipid-riched feeds to Wistar rats for 14 days.On 15th day, TC,TG,LDL-c,HDL-c in serum measured .On the basis of TC in serum,rats were divided into groups by random. After the model is established ,respectively gave the rats different dosage of TFAK ,including 0.05g/kg/d,0.1g/kg/d,0.2g/kg/d. After two weeks ,rats observed the adjusting effect of TFAK on TC,TG,LDL-c,HDL-c in serum. After four weeks ,rats observed the adjusting effect of TFAK on TC,TG,LDL-c,HDL-c in serum,at the same time, measured MDA and SOD activity of serum and liver, estimated TXA2 and PGI2 of plasma. In contrast with normal control group,model control group and positive medicine group(simvastatin 30mg/kg/d),to discuss if TFAK can improve the confusion of lipid metabolism in hyperlipoproteinemia rats and provide new evidence for clinical cure of CHD and preventing AS. Result demonstrate that high and midle dosage of TFAK can decrease the raised content of TC,TG,LDL-c and TC/HDL-c, rise HDL-c meanwhile.Reinforcement of lipoprotein peroxidization in Hyperlipoprote-inemia make endothelial cells damage. Peroxidized-lipid increase and/or SOD decrease can accelerate AS. So adjusting the metabolism of lipoprotein, preventing lipoprotein peroxidi-zation is beneficial to anti-AS. The result demonstrated that TFAK can decrease the content of MDA in serum and liver, obviously increase the activity of SOD. These point out that TFAK maybe through increasing the activity of free radical eliminating enzyme, preventing lipoprotein peroxidization to prevent AS.In hyperlipoproteinemia, excessive cholesterol in blood, stacked lipid in artery and redundant peroxidized- lipoprotein can destroy endothelial cells of blood vessel, which make the production of PGI2 decrease and TXA2 increase whereafter cause AS.TFAK can increase PGI2 and decrease TXA2 in hyperlipoproteinemia rats, obviously increase PGI2/TXA2,sequentially prevent AS and the form of thrombus.In hyperlipoproteinemia,the change of blood rheology can cause the increase of blood viscosity, consequently induce the form of thrombus and cause AS. Decreasing blood lipid ,improving the distortion ability of red blood cells, preventing blood disc gather and decrease blood viscosity are meaningful to prevent AS and the form of thrombus. We observed that TFAK can markedly decrease the blood viscosity of whole blood, inhibit platelet aggregation and adher.In a word, TFAK can decrease blood lipid, reduce the risk of AS, preserve cardiovascular system.
