Purpose:With TCM understanding of dyslipidemia and traditional Chinese medicine constitution theory, analyse the occurrence reoccurrence regularity of dyslipidemia. Discuss the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine constitution and primary dyslipidemia. Analyse the feature of various types of hyperlipoproteinemia.Provide clinical evidence for the prevention and treatment of hyperlipoproteinemia.Method:1. Randomly selected 133 patients with primary dyslipidemia. Determine the Chinese constitution type:gentleness type, qi deficiency type, yang deficiency type, yin deficiency type, phlegm-wetness type, hot and humid type, qi constraine type, blood stasis type, special intrinsic quality. According to "China's prevention and treatment of adult dyslipidemia Guide" I divide patients into four groups:hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, mixed hyperlipidemia, low high-density lipoprotein.2. Collecting information and detecting total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride Cool (TG), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C).3. The statistical analysis software SPSS 17.0.is used. Statistics and analysis of count data use X2 test and correlation analysis use Logistic regression analysis. P value<0.05 was considered statistically significant difference between the tests.Results:1. Formation of gentleness and high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-c) are relevant; the formation of yang quality and HDL-C, LDL-C are relevant; the formation of Qi quality and TC are relevant. The formation of phlegm-wetness and gender, HDL-C, TG are relevant; the formation of hot and humid and TC are relevant, TG, HDL-C are relevant; the formation of blood stasis and gender, LDL-C, HDL-C are related.2. Between the 40year to 59year group and the 60 year to 80 year group, hyperlipoproteinemia type distribution is significantly different.3. Hypercholesterolemia is associated with phlegm-wetness type. Hypertriglyceridemia with hot and humid type and blood stasis type are relevant. Combined hyperlipidemia is associated with the phlegm-wetness type and hot and humid type, low high-density lipoprotein and qi deficiency type are relevant. Conclusion: 1. Men are more likely than women to the phlegm-wetness type. Women are more likely than men to the formation of blood stasis phase constitution. The increase of TC makes the formation of hot and humid type probability increase and the formation of qi asthenia decline. The increase of TG promotes the formation of the phlegm-wetness type and hot and humid type. With HDL-C increasing the formation gentleness physical, yang deficiency physical and hot and humid type will increase probability. While the phlegm-wetness physical and blood stasis type formation will be reducing. The increase of LDL-C promotes probability of the formation of blood stasis quality, while the formation of yang deficiency quality, yin deficiency quality probability decline.2. Patients with phlegm-wetness physical take less risk of hypercholesterolemia than the non-phlegm-wetness constitution. The hot and humid constitution has more possibility of the formation of hypertriglyceridemia than non-heat constitution. The patients with non-blood stasis quality take more risk of hypertriglyceridemia than those with blood stasis. The phlegm-wetness constitution has more possibility of the formation of combined hyperlipidemia than the non-phlegm wetness constitution. The patients with hot and humid quality have less possibility of the formation of combined hyperlipidemia than thenon-hot and humid quality once. Qi asthenia quality reduces the possibility of formation of hypertriglyceridemia. Keywords:hyperlipoproteinemia primary dyslipidemia traditional Chinese medicine constitution...
