Objective:To observe the relationship between content of tumor necrosis factor-alpha and C-reactive protein in blood of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and its early conversion together with the state of illness.Method:Random select 120 cases of in-patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, which were divided into 3 groups:slight group, midding group, severe group.Within 24 hours after stroke, the content of C-reactive protein in blood of patients was measured by nephelometer immunoassay, and the content of tumor necrosis factor-alpha was measured by radioactive immunoassay.Stat the positive rate of tumor necrosis factor-alpha and C-reactive protein, compare the content of tumor necrosis factor-alpha and C-reactive protein in the three groups, compare the positive rate between get better group and no get better group on state of illness. Results:In the 102 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, there were 59 cases with CRP increasing, positive rate was 57.8%;68 cases with TNF-αincreasing,positive rate was 66.7%.The content of CRP and TNF-αin blood of patients increased by degrees in the slight group, midding group and severe group(P <0.01).The positive rate of CRP and TNF-αin no get-better group were significantly higher than those in get-better group(P<0.01).And the prognosis would be more worse in cases with CRP and TNF-αincreasing together, than in others with only one of CRP and TNF-αincreasing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Along with the increasing of the content of TNF-αand CRP in blood of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, the state of illness would be worse and worse. The higher positive rate of CRP and TNF-α,the worse prognosis would be in patients. Moreover, analysis CRP and TNF-αtogether,the meaning would be much more. Therefore,CRP and TNF-αmay serve as the index of monitoring early state change of patients with stroke, and the index of evaluateing early conversion, having significant diagnostic value.
