The problem of drug abuse is a global issue. The situation of drug abuse in our country is serious too. Drug abusers are increasing constantly, one of the important reasons why the market of drug expands continuously is the difficulty of drug treatment. It is internationally acknowledged that 95% drug abusers will relapse. The relapse rate is higher in our country. Owning relapse only to personality is not objective. It also includes inaccurate working goals and unscientific opinions to drug abuse. The management for drug treatment is limited by compulsory measures mainly. The mechanism of management is incomplete. All of the mentioned reasons cause the difficulties for our country to control relapse rate. Drug treatment is becoming a key point, and is the soft ribs and bottlenecks in drug control, Strengthen the management for drug treatment has already became an urgent task in our country.The structure of this thesis is as follows.Chapter one introduces background meaning, characteristic and innovation of the questions that this thesis puts forward. And it also introduces some important concepts such as resource integration, drug abuse, drug treatment, management for drug treatment and a holistic management mode for drug treatment.Chapter two describes current situations of compulsory management mode for drug treatment and point out the problems of management in our country, which including outmoded work patterns, incomplete modes of drug treatment, and lacking notice on teenage drug abusers. It also analysis the reasons and finds out the shortcomings in management for drug treatment in our country.Chapter three introduces two mainstream management modes for drug treatment overseas. There are social psychology rehabilitation therapy and Methadone maintaining therapy. Helping us understood the theoretical foundation, concrete operation of these two management modes, and their practice situations abroad.Chapter four puts forward the goal of construction of a holistic management mode for drug treatment. It also has further studied its countermeasure. It includes improving compulsory management modes for drug treatment, treating drug treatment with the scientific attitude, developing Methadone maintaining therapy and making it major management mode of drug treatment in our country, developing social psychology rehabilitation management mode appropriately, establishing teenage drug abusers' special processing mechanism, strengthening cooperation of anti-drug departments, combining social resources for drug treatment, etc.The feature of this thesis is mainly as follows. 1. The research title is up to date. The thesis regards management for drug treatment as the studying and analyzing target. But researches in these fields are lack of results in our country at present. The research results in our country are mainly in the fields of modes and methods of drug treatment, and narcotics controls. Drug treatment belongs to legal and technical category in our country. Thus, study of this subject is very weak in the domestic academia, and great difficulty exists no matter in the fields of theoretical researches or countermeasure researches. Therefore this research title has comparatively obvious innovative meanings. 2. This research has real examples and countermeasure studies, which have stronger realistic meanings. Through analyzing problems and drawbacks exist in drug treatment by compulsory management mode of our country and comparing the management modes with foreign countries, it puts forward feasibility and operational countermeasures and suggestions, and also offers references to relevant government departments.
