Radix Polygoni Multiflori(RPM)is the dry root of Polygonummultiflorum Thunb.There are two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine pieces.Raw Polygonum multiflorum has disinfection,detumescence,laxative,antimalaria function.PreparedPolygonum multiflorum has thefunctions of tonifying the liver and kidney,essence and blood,black hair,strong bones and muscles of the role.The study of domestic and foreign scholars is more concentrated in tonic effect,and the systematic study ofRadix Polygoni Multiflori resource condition and the origin of the processing andquality evaluation was notdeveloped.The dissertation studies on the resources of Traditional Chinese medicine in JiangningDistrict and lishui District of Nanjing by The fourth national census of resource of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in Jiangsu Province to grasp the distribution of RPM.To evaluate the qualitay of RPM from different areas,harvest seasons and processing methods.At the same time,this studyoptimizes a technology of integration on primary processing and reprocessing to perfect the quality standard of RPM.Then,the HPLC fingerprint and content determination methodweredeveloped to evaluate the quality of RPM.It can provide the certain basis of Production processing and quality control.1 Literature searchThe study of the history of TCM was carried out to make clear the TCMS.We can lay the foundationthrough the understanding of the application of 3S technology in plant resources survey.Thedistribution in china,quality control and pharmacological action were investigated to provide a scientific evidence for the late-stage study.2 Study on the resource of traditional Chinese medicine of Jiangning and lishui District.2.1 Theinformation of the third TCM was analyzed in two major areas:category of traditional Chinese medicine resources and the environment to make clear the state of traditional Chinese medicine resources in Jiangning District and lishui District.2.2 Technical specifications of TCM were discussed in five major areas:adjusting of sample plots and quadrats,How to set out the rout,How to seek the quadrats,organization and management.2.3 We have made some achievements in TCM.We show them in wild medicinal plants,TraditionalChinese medicine knowledge survey,cultivated medicinal plants areas and distributionof RPMinJiangsu provinceand to analyze them.3 Effect of origin,harvest period and processing methods on the quality of Polygonummultiflorum ThunbRPM were analyzed qualitatively by TLC.Moisture,total ash,the stilbene glucoside and anthraquinone were determined.Chemometrics methods including principal component analysis(PCA)and clustering analysis(CA)were used through the software of spss20.0.to study the impact of origin,harvest time and processing methods on quality of RPM.The results show that the qualities of RPM are better in Yunnan,Guizhou,and Sichuan province.Two kinds of effective constituents in Lishui district meet the requirements of China Pharmacopoeia.The 9 or 10month is the suitable harvest period of RPM and "6mm thick slices,dried in the sun" is suitable of processing method.4 Study on technology of integration on primary processing and reprocessing and formation of Polygonummultiflorum Thunb4.1 By the index of Stilbene glucoside,and anthraquinone,the integration process of the orthogonal experiment was optimized,and the results were processed by weighted comprehensive evaluation.The result show that the integration technology of 500C,16h is better.4.2 Propulsion rate of small intestine,the first defecation time and fecal water content in mice were determined to study the effect of the two kinds of Chinese medicine herbs on defecation of mice.The pharmacological results show that the integration process and traditional process of low middle and high dose group can both increase the propulsion rate of small intestine in mice with constipation.There was significant difference in the integration process compared with model group(p<0.05 or p<0.01),and both have a dose dependence.The integration process group had no significant difference with the traditional dose group(p>0.05),indicating that two method both prompt the mice of constipation intestinal movement in the same extent.The product of integration and traditional process can effectively shorten the time of first black stool of dehydration dry constipation mice.The integrated process(Study Group)of high,low dose is better than the traditional group,but no significant difference.The two methods can both improve the water of mice stools.The effect of the high dose group on the integrated process was significantly higher than that of the conventional dose group.4.3 PX w as used to establish the Mouse ear swelling model.ear swelling,TNF-?,IL-1?,IL-6.IL-8 were tested to study the effect of the two kinds of Chinese medicine herbs on anti-inflammatory effects.The ear swelling results showed that positive margin group,integration and traditional group of high,low dose group can significantly reduce the swelling of auricle of mice(P<0.01)and has a positive correlation with the dosage.At the same time,compared with the same dose group.the anti-inflammatory effect of the integrated process group was significantly better than that of the traditional process group,the data model group and the blank group were significantly different(p<0.01);Inflammatory factor data show that integration process with the traditional high,low dose group and model group have no significant difference(P<0.01).The TNF-a content of high,medium dose group of the integration was significantly lower than that of traditional high,middle dose group(P<0.05)and low dose group slightly is lower than traditional low dose group,but no significant difference.The IL-1? content of integration of high,low dose group was significantly lower than the traditional high,low dose group(p<0.05),and the middle dose group was lower than the traditional low dose group,but no significant difference.The IL-6 content of high integration,low dose group were lower than conventional dose group,but only in the low dose group have significant difference(P<0.05);IL-8 results show that,compared with the traditional process integration process can reduce the content,but only in high dose group have significant difference(P<0.01).So,two processes from RPM pieces have both obvious anti-inflammatory effect,anti-inflammatory effect of pieces of integration process was better than that of the method.18 common peaks was identified by HPLC/Q-TOF/MS.Chemometrics method of principle component analysis(PCA)were used through the software of Matlab for common peaks.And the content of
