Discussion On The Application Of Supply Chain Collaboration Service Platform In Hospital Medicine Integration Management Mode

With the advent of the information age and the development of the medical services the hospital pharmacy mode has changed from the traditional mode of drug supply to service patients as the center of the work mode. With the continuous deepening of the reform of the medical system and the gradual implementation of the "zero spread" the circulation of drugs in the hospital will no longer produce the value. It will produce hospital pharmacy services. In this context how to adapt to the new needs of the health protection, take the patient as the center, fully guarantee the drug supply, share the information resources, reduce the cost of pharmaceutical logistics and improve the pharmacy management level has become the most urgent problem for a hospital.In China the management of modern hospitals and the logistics industry is developing rapidly. The status of pharmaceutical logistics in hospital management is gradually prominent. Hospital logistics system has been of great importance to hospital administrators. Efficient operation of hospital drug flow has become an important way to reduce hospital operating costs.Hospital drug logistics is not simply drug procurement and sales, but achieving the management of hospital medication relying on the logistics equipment and professional personnel, technology and logistics information management system in order to form a valuable drug supply chain through the effective integration of upstream and downstream resources.This paper compares the current situation of drug management of domestic and international hospitals, finds differences in drug control methods between them, combining with China's specific national conditions and the current situation of the development of the hospitals integrates the existing management systems and makes an introduction and promotion.At the same time on the basis of the analysis of actual needs of development of hospital drug management this paper further clarifies the integrated management system for hospital pharmacy construction goal and discusses the management mode which meets the hospital needs through the supply chain with service software and hardware components and functional modules as the core and application of bar code technology, intelligent equipment and wireless network technology.A Hospital of Zhengzhou and a Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. develop and build a supply chain service platform and apply it in hospital integration management services. It includes the hospital drug logistics system(SPD), drug information security management system, the door and emergency automatic drug delivery system, pharmacy drug distribution system and drug cold chain management system.Through the reasonable integration of each module, based on the seamless connection with commercial procurement platform and the hospital management system(HIS) and the application of RFID, automatic dispensing machine, medicine and other intelligent automation technology we realize the management model of hospital drug supply chain management as the core. The integrated management mode of the collaborative services platform improves the quality of hospital pharmacy services, achieves barcode management, guarantees the quality and safety of drugs, realizes the storage location, moving process, time accurate matching and service management, reduces hospital staff costs and achieves professional team initiative distribution etc.Through using the system for 2 years we can get the following conclusions: the collaborative services platform significantly improves the efficiency of the hospital drug management and the pharmacy work and ensures drug safety. Efficient circulation of drugs also significantly reduces the hospital operating costs and brings good social benefits to the hospital.
