Abstract/Summary:
In this research, we have studied the risk factors in lower extremity injuries and the influential factors of training performance record in new recruits of a Special Force Army. The risk factors of lower extremity injuries show as following: smoking, flat foot, "intolerance to training" and "fall behind the cohort in march". The protection factors are "willing to be assigned to the branch with hard missions" and "suitable training shoes". The influential factors of training performance record show as following: "willing to be assigned to the branch with hard missions", narrow pelvis and muscular thigh can help to improve the performance record in 3000m run; sufficient sleeping, longei achilles tendon and lower statures can help to improve the performance record in 400m tactical training. The results of the research can supply scientific precautionary measures to reduce the occurrence of military training injuries and provide some methods to select the new recruits of a Special Force Army.
