The Clinical Study Of Fuxueping Granule In Treating Hemorrhagic Period Of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding With Blood Stasis And Caloric And Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: To explore systematically the effect and the hemostasis principle of Fuxueping Granule(FXPG) in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB)with blood stasis and caloric and qi deficiency syndrome. Method: 60 patients were divided randomly into test group (30 cases, treated with FXPG ) and control group (30 case,treated withZKC). The hemostasis effect, the improvements of clinical symptoms and prothrombrn time (PT) and activated partial prothrombrn time (APTT), thehemorheology ,T cell subsets, the levels of endometrial ER,PR and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) were observed. Results: The clinical total efficiency is 96.67% in treament group,and 70% in control group,there is significent difference between them(P<0.05);The improvements of clinical symptoms and symptom integra are difference between them(P<0.05).The improvements of hemorheology,the shorting of PT and APTT,the modulate of T cell subsets ,the reducing of ER,PR and PCNA in treatment group are significent difference between pretreatment and post-treatment (P<0.05).The difference is significent compared with control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: FXPG is effective in treating anovulatory DUB with blood stasis and caloric qi deficiency syndrome.The hemostasis mechanism may be achieved through adusting immune state,the enhancer of contractility of metra-smooth muscle, the amelioration of hemorheology and microcirculation,reducing of ER,PR and PCNA, and anti-bacteria and eliminate inflammation.
