The Clinical Study Of Angong Zhixue Fang In Treating Hemorrhage Period Of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding With Blood Stasis And Caloric Form

Objective: To explore the effect and the hemostasia mechanism of Angong Zhixue Fang (AGZXF) in treating anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB) with blood stasis and caloric form. Methods: we selected 60 patients who were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases, treated with AGZXF) and control group (30 cases, treated with DYWC) and observed the improvements of clinical symptoms and signs of patients, the thick of endometrium, Prothrombin time(PT) and activation portion thromboplastin time (APTT), the Ca~2+ level of blood serum and hemorheology etc. Results:The clinical total efficiency is 93.33% in treatment group, and 73.33% in control group, there is significant difference between them (P<0.01). The improvements of the clinical symptoms and symptom integra are difference between them (P < 0.05). The improvements of hemorheology, the decrease of the thick in endometrium and the content of Fibrinogen (FIB), the shorting of PT and APTT, the increase of the Ca~2+ level of blood serum and the number of platelet in treatment group are significant difference between pretreatment and post-treatment (P<0.05), the difference is significant compared with control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion: AGZXF is effective in treating anovulatory DUB with blood stasis and caloric form. The hemostasia mechanism may be achieved through the amelioration of fibrinolysis activity, the enhancer of contractility of metra-smooth muscle, the amelioration of hemorheology and microcirculation, and anti-bacteria and eliminate inflammation.
