Objective: To study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of treating Parkinson's disease with the therapeutic method of"promoting blood circulation to calm the wind". Methods:â‘ Experimental research: rat model with Parkinson's disease was made, the therapeutic method of"promoting blood circulation to calm the wind"(xue fu zhu yu tang) was used to treat the rat model, the change of blood viscosity, plasma fibrinogen, platelet agglutination rate, symptoms of blood stasis, dopamine content in midbrain, ethology signs were measured and observed.â‘¡Document research: Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern medicine documents were analyzed, the possible mechanism of using the therapeutic method of promoting blood circulation to calm the wind treating the Parkinson's disease was discussed. Results:â‘ Experimental research: the blood viscosity reduced, the blood stasis symptoms were remiss, the content of the dopamine in the midbrain reduced, the abnormality of the ethology signs were changed after the xue fu zhu yu tang was use to the rat model. But the plasma fibrinogen, platelet agglutination rate didn't change obviously.â‘¡Document research: blood stasis was an important pathological base that casing endogenous wind, Parkinson's disease can be treated ,oxidative stress, apoptosis, dysimmunity of Parkinson's disease can be antagonized by using the therapeutic method"promoting blood circulation to calm the wind". Conclusions: The therapeutic method of"promoting blood circulation to calm the wind"(xue fu zhu yu tang)had curative effects to the rat model with Parkinson's disease. The mechanism of treating Parkinson's disease by using the therapeutic methods of"promoting blood circulation to calm the wind"to invigorating pulse-beat and nourish tendon was possible related to regulate the balance state of"dopamine-acetylcholine", resist oxidative stress, resist apoptosis and immunoloregulation.
