| Purpose: Explore the Wenxin granule's (be made up of Indian bread, Prepared common monkshood daughter root, Dried ginger, Ginseng, Licorice root, Danshen root, Szechwan lovage rhizome, etc.) function mechanism of warming Yang and benefiting Qi, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, and supplying necessary material. Provide the foundation of studying for the next main pharmacodynamics experiment. Method: Observing the mouse's movement, comparing the anti-stress effects between Wenxin granule and Xinbao pillar by the existing time of load swimming, existing time of bear with anoxia, death rate of cold-resistant experiment, etc. Comparing the changing of microcirculation in the mouse between Wenxin granule and its control medicine by the caliber and flow rate of styrtole/arteriole, venule, and number of cross vein. Comparing the results of hemorheology tests between Wenxin granule and its control medicine by blood viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) packed cell volume, etc. Result: Wenxin granule can greatly raise the capability of bearing with cold, anoxia, or fatigue. And it can make microcirculation better to a certain extent. Conclusion:These experiments primary confirmed that Wenxin granule have the effects of warming Yang and benefiting Qi, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, and supplying necessary material, and its effects of warming Yang and benefiting Qi are stronger than the effects of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis. |
