The Clinical Research Of Hypogonadism Leaded By HypothyroidismTreated By Fuzhengxiaoying Mixture

Object:To observe the therapeutic of Fuzhengxiaoying Mixture in treating Hypogonadism leaded by Hypothyroidism.To explore its mechanism from the perspective of modern medicine thoroughly and to explore the new methods of TCM in treating the disease.Methods:60 patients diagnosed Hypogonadism leaded by Hypothyroidism were randomly classified into two groups .There were 30 patients treated with Fuzhengxiaoying Mixture in treated group,others were treated with Thyroxine in control group.All of the groups were treated four 4 weeks as a course.Taken for 2 courses. Result:Fuzhengxiaoying Mixture could improve the singns and symptoms of this disease obviously.The difference was singnificant compared to the control group(P<0.05).And it also could improve the gonadal hormone and thyroid hormone levels obviously. It was singnificantly better than the control group(P<0.05). And that there had been no adverse reaction in the course of treatment, clinical efficacy and safety. Conclusion:Clinical observation had proved Fuzhengxiaoying Mixture can treat this disease effectly and have less adverse effects.It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
