The Study Of The Therapeutic Effect Of "Cold Wetness Ⅰ" On RA

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of "Cold-Wetness I" Fang on RA,Observe and analysis the function mechanism of "Cold-Wetness I" Fang on RA.To develop and abundance the theory of Traditional Uygur medicine on rheumatic diseases.Method: Admission patient that consistent with selected standard will be randomly separated the treatment group and the control group. The 30 treatment cases with administration MTX + prednisone + voltaren +"Cold-Wetness I" Fang, and control group only with MTX + prednisone + voltaren. In pre-treatment,we undertake integral to symptom, objective sign, VAS, and AIMS compare with in the second and fourth week of treatment. also the levels of CRP,ESR,RF,ASO in blood serum were observed in same period.Result:(1)Evaluation super-therapeutic effect after fourth weeks of treatment:the experiment group efficiency ratio of 91.80% and apparent efficiency ratio of 54.10% while the control group only had 84.75% and 50.85%(p<0.05). (2)Evaluation presenting symptom ,objective sign, VAS, AIMS and Chinese physician symptoms at the second, fourth week of treatment, all above objectives have ameliorated comparing with pre-treatment in two groups respectively(p<0.05), and also comparing two groups during treatment, the experiment group provided efficacy advantages over control group in therapeutic efficacy(p<0.05). (3)serologic examination showed the levels of CRP,ESR have decreased step by step at the second, fourth week of treatment in two groups (p<0.05), however comparing with control group IL-land CRP decreased obviously in the experiment group at the same period(p<0.05), ESR showed same result at the fourth, eighth week of treatment (p<0.05). (4) Two groups have adverse effect both.(p<0.05).Conclusion: Secondly we found "Cold-Wetness I" Fang was utility and safe medicine can treat RA by clinic research, especially soothed the symptoms of joint pain and swelling. MTX + prednisone + voltaren +"Cold-Wetness I" Fang have certain clinic effect, which deserved generalization in clinic. This study investigated the therapy mechanism of Traditional Uygur herb on RA, further develop and abundance the theory of Traditional Uygur medicine on rheumatic diseases.
