Objective: The special indicators of type 2 diabetic patients with coronary heart disease is found for providing some reference indexes in the clinical syndrome, the diagnose and treatment. Methods: We selected 172 observers, including non-diabetic control group of 31, 30 of type 2 diabetes. 111 of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease with blood stasis, (Yinxuresheng 38, Qiyinliangxu 44, Yinyangliangxu 29). We observed general indicators, the course of disease, blood glucose, insulin, lipid, C-reactive protein, BMI, HOMA-IR and other indicators. Results: 1) General equilibrium were comparable in each group (P> 0.05). 2) Compared with non-diabetic control group, difference of BMI, TG, FPG. GHbA1c of the diabetic was statistically significant (P<0.05). 3) Except the difference of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease were same as diabetic, difference of TC, LDL-C, FINS, HOMA. CRP and other targets was statistically significant (P<0.05). 4) Difference of Yinxuresheng, Qiyinliangxu, Yinyangliangxu were increasing. Conclusions: 1) The CRP, HOMA-IR was increasing abnormally and blood fat metabolism was mess. The special indicators could be used in diagnose and treatment. 2) HOMA-IR, C-reactive protein, TG, GHbA1c is the indicators of classification of TCM to the type 2-DM with coronary artery disease.
