Insulin Resistance With Coronary Heart Disease Clinical Research, And The Relationship Between Tcm Syndrome

Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a general disease of clinic. Insulin resistance (IR) and hyperinsulinemia (HIS) play the primary role in the complication of the diseases. Many researchers in cardiology are devoting themselves in the research of relationship between CAD and IR.Objects: To observe the lever of IR in three kind of CAD , to study the relationship between TCM syndrome -type and IR in CAD.Methods: Ninety patients who were diagnosed CAD by coronaryartery angiography(CAG), Including 15 stable angina (SA), 37 unstble angina (UA) and 38 acute miocardial Infarction(AMI),were divided into 4 groups according to the Syndrome Differentiation-typing in TCM,the Heaat blood stasis(HBS) Syndrome group ,the both Qi-Yin deficiency(QYD) Syndrome group,Qi deficiency-blood stasis(QDLS) Syndrome group and the Phlgm -Turbid stagnation(PTS) Syndrome group.The fasting blood glucose (FBG),fasting blood Insulin (FINS)and lipid parameters in patients were determined and Insuline resistance insdex(HOMA-IA) was calculated simultaneously. Then the above-mentioned data were compared with those determined in 18 healthy control subjects.Results: 1, The lever of FINS and HOMA-IA in CAD group were higher than those in healthy control group signification . The lever of FINS and HOMA-IA InS UA and AMI were higher than control group (P <0.01). The sensitivity of AMI was lower than SA and UA. 2, According CAG,type B and C had higher lever of FINS and HOMA-IA than type A. 3,HBS had the highest lever of FINS and LOMA-IA in 4 TCM Sydrome-type. 4, IR was accompanied by lipid metabolic distuibance, especially PTS Syndeome-type.Conclusions: 1, IR is correlative with lipid metabolic distuibance.IR is an independent risk factorof CHD . 2, The CAD patients with IR manifest acute coronary artery affairs .They have much more severe and complicated artery regions 2, IR in CAD patients represent as HBS mostly.
