Objective: To study the Subjective well-being and related factors in patients with hypertension, diabetes and cerebral infarction.Methods: 87 cases with hypertensions, diabetes, and cerebral infarctions were tested by Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness, MCMQ, and Index of social support and MHLC.Results:â‘ the well-being of these patients was lower than the healthy population, and the well-being of hypertension groups was better than that of other groups.â‘¡the subjective well-being of chronic inpatients had a negative correlation with avoidance and surrender. (P<0.01)â‘¢A significant difference was found in the well-being of these patients of different social supports patients (P<0.01). (4) by multi-variable stepwise regression analysis, the expense style of patients was the most powerful influential factor on the Subjective Well-being of chronic patients. Furthermore, it was also closely related to the exploitation of support, surrender and subjective support.Conclusion:â‘ the general well-being in patients with hypertension, diabetes and cerebral infarction is lower than healthy population, and that in patients with hypertension is higher than other two.â‘¡the main factor to influence well-being is the way of paying. The degree of support using, subjective supporting, surrendering and self-controlling also have close relation with subjective well-being.
