An Investigation On The Use Of TOPSIS Method In Outpatient's Satisfaction Degree Evaluation

Objectives Based on scientific sampling, discussed the uses of principal component analysis weighting method and TOPSIS method in outpatient's satisfaction degree evaluation. Comparing the results of TOPSIS method and satisfaction degree formula, to show the evaluating effect of TOPSIS method, while give some referrences on methods selecting in further researches.Method Principal component analysis is used to calculate the weight of factors; while TOPSIS method is used to evaluate satisfaction degree of different floors. Then, compare the results of TOPSIS method and satisfaction degree formula.Results The results on satisfaction degree of outpatient in different floor from high to low which evaluated by TOPSIS method is: the first floor＞the second floor＞the forth floor＞the third floor. And the results which calculated by satisfaction degree formula is the same.Conclusion This research disscussed the use of TOPSIS method in evaluation of outpatient's satisfaction degree. Through the compare of TOPSIS method results and satisfaction degree formula results, we found: they draw the same conclusion in evaluating different floor outpatient's satisfaction degree.
