Based on the basic theories of the traditional Chinese medicine and the clinical manifestations of Post-stroke-depression(PSD),this study holds that the disorder of the governor meridian,disfunction of qi are the basic pathogenic mechanisms of PSD, combining with evil phlegm and dampness,blood stasis and deficiency of qi. Zangfu organs weakness and failure and innutrition of mind and spirit are its important pathogenic bases.The therapy is regulating the function of governor meridian, smoothing the meridian and aperture, stimulating qi circulation and relieving Yu syndrome. And resolving phlegm, promoting blood circulation, strengthening qi are also the important treatment. Enlightened by the tutor who has rich clinic experiences in treating the disease of the governor meridian, I treat relative disease by choosing the acupucture point of the governor meridian mainly. By using the Acupuncture and moxibustion respectively, and combined with psychotherapy to treat the patients with manifestations of PSD, we systematically. Inspect the effects of the two methods on Nerve function defection and damage grade point of china and Activities of daily living (ADL) and Han Hamilton depression scale scores (HAMD)and the bloodstream speed of the brain blood vessel. And compare with the single psychotherapy, in order to estimate the clinical curative effect of the three methods and study the effect mechanism.Conclusion: the Acupuncture and Moxibustion groups are all can significantly improve the HAMD and relieve the spasm of the brain blood vessel and speeding up the brain bloodstream, and improve the Nerve function defection and damage grade point of china and the survival quality of the patients ultimately. The clinical effect of the trail .group was prior to the control group, the Moxibustion Therapy was superior to the Acupuncture Therapy.
