| Objective: Premature ovarian failure(POF) is common among women under the age of40who is menopause with gonadotropin levels,follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) is greater than40and (or)luteinizing Hormone is greater than30based on two blood values,and low estrogen syndrome with hot flashes,vaginal dryness, painful intercours-e, deterioration of the memory, irritability, depression, insomnia and so on,all of these are caused by a functional failure of the ovarian.Chinese medicine has obvious advantage on treatment of POF which is creasing incidence in recently years.There are sixty cases who are diagnosed as premature ovarian failure based on clinical.This research analysises the changes of menstration,lower estrogen syndrome,the level female reproductive endocrine and Colorful ultrasonic results to observe before and after tratment with You-shi-si-zi-decoction.After the treatment investaged the improvement of ovarian functions,amenorrhoea and the quality of life to enrich therapeutic means.Method:Selected cases are from February2013to August2013received treatment in hospital gynecology clinc were treated patients with POF,60cases were observed.There are randomly divided into2groups,You-shi-si-zi-decoction treatment group and Climen control group,for6therapeutic course. Observing and recording symptom scores,total mark, menstruation, monitoring ovarian volum average and uterus with Colorful ultrasonic on the end of three days with the third course and the sixth course,If mense was recovered,during the period of the taking TCM, should discontinued mendicine and the25th day of menstrual period make a Gynecological B ultrasonic to monitor ovarian volum, uterus and endometrium.The level female reproductive endocrine(FSH、 LH、E2) on the second to the thirth day in menstrual cycle or on the fifth to seventh day during the period of drug withdrawal for menopause. Safety index should be tested at the same time.Result:(1)After treatment,lower estrogen symptoms and endocrine examination of two groups,compared with pre-treatment were significantly improved (P<0.01),the difference was statistical significant;(2)After treatment,amenorrhoea had a improvement (P<0.01),there was statistical significa-nce.Control group,moreover,was superior to treating group (P<0.01),the difference was statistical significant obviously;(3) There was no significant difference on total effective rate of TCM syndrome score between groups (P>0.05), there was no statistically significant difference;(4) Atrophy of uterus and ovarian were postponed with two groups(P<0.05),there was statistical significant difference; Treating group had added the uterus size that was superior to control group (P<0.05),there was statistical significant difference; Comparing with pro-treatment, There were significantly improved on endometrium with two groups(P<0.01),there was obviously statistical significant difference; Control group,in addition,was significantl-y superior to treating group(P<0.01),the difference was statistical significant obviously;(5)Two groups had no difference in enhancing estrogen and lowering the levels of FSH and LH (P>0.05),three was no statistically significant difference; Two groups were no difference in lowering the levels of FSH and LH (P>0.05),there was no statistically significant difference; But control groups was preceded on rising estrogen level (P<0.01),there was obviously statistical significant difference.Conclusion:Lower estrogen syndrome,which results from Premature ovarian failure belong to Gan-shen-yin-xu-xing,was relieved obviously after treatment with You-shi-si-zi-decoction. Some patiets have regular menstruation, LH and FSH were decresed, also serum estradiol level was rised,the uterin size,ovarian volume were increased and endometium was improved.All of this showes that ovarian function has been improved evidently with this prescription,which would enrich clinical method on Premature ovarian failure. |
