The Experimental Study Of Daihuang Zhechong Bolus's Immunoregulation On Mice Of Tumor Of Liver H₂₂

Objective: To discuss the immunoregulation mechanism of Dahuangzhechong Bolus on H₂₂ tumor-bearing mice through theory and experimental study. Methods: In the respect of theory, discuss the theory of eliminate pathogenic factors of all previous dynasties doctors based on the pathogenesis and the symptoms character of liver tumor. Put forward the prescription of HuanZhongBuXu for this disease. In the respect of experimental study,using MTT and Flow Cytometry to research the effect of Dahuangzhechong Bolus about H₂₂ tumor-bearing mice on survival time,T lymphocyte multiplication and Th1/Th2.Result: The Dahuangzhechong Bolus can prolong the mice's survival time, stimulate the multiplication of T lymphocyte,and correct the excursion of Th1/Th2 of the mice with H22 cells.Conclusion: The Dahuangzhechong Bolus has the effect of HuanZhongBuXu, which can enhances the cell-mediated immunity and regulates the immunologic balance. This experiment is a science proof for the clinical practice of traditional prescription which has antitumor effects.
