Resear On Mechanism Of Dahuangzhechong Bolus On Anti-hepatic Carcinoma

Objective: To observe the effect of Dahuangzhechong Bolus on anti-hepatic carcinoma and explore the related mechanism. Methods: By build hepatic carcinoma(H22) model, observe the effect of different concentration's Dahuangzhechong Bolus(liquid medicine) on carcinoma growth and immune function. By culture 7402 human hepatoma cell, observe the inhibitory function of different concentration's Dahuangzhechong Bolus(Liquid medicine) on hepatoma cell,and compare with the cisplatin group.Result: Dahuangzhechong Bolus can improve the quality of life, stabilize or enhance body weight, the big dosage group and the little dosage compare with the control group have distinct difference on the carcinoma weight (P<0.01), can protect the immune apparatus of hepatic carcinoma model; The big dosage group and the little dosage compare with the control group have distinct difference on thymus gland exponential and spleen exponential(P<0.01). Different concentration's Dahuangzhechong Bolus(liquid medicine) can inhibit the growth of 7402 human hepatoma cell , the effect depend on the dosage's bulk, and compared with the cisplatin group have no difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: Dahuangzhechong Bolus can inhibit the growth of hepatic carcinoma, kill the tumor cells directly, enhance the quality of life and immune function. The experiment is the beneficial study on classics prescription.
