The Effect Of TCM Powder On Th1/Th2 In Allergic Rhinitis Mouse

Objective:The research eastablish Yi Qi,warming lung to reduce watery phlegm,promote blood flow is the chief method of treatmenting of AR,combine clinical medication,make prescriptions Yifeitiaoxuetang. Observe the effects of TCM powder on IL-2,IL-4,IFN-γin blooding of rats with allergic rhinitis(AR),to study the treating mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Method:fifty rats were randomly devided into five groups:normoral ,AR ,Xinqinkeli, TCM with lower and higher group;in the end of the treatment test the level of IL-2,IL-4,IFN-γin blooding.Result: l.Observation of nasal symptoms on the AR rats before and after treatment showed that ,before treatment, the nasal symptoms of normal group had significant differences with other four groups, after treatment,symptoms of Xinqinkeli group had no obvious difference compared with that of TCM groups(P>0.05),while both had lower marks than mode group (P<0.01). 2.Pathological observation of the nasal septum mucosa:comparison of EOS positive rate of the nasal septum mucosa, Xinqinkeli group had no statistical significance with TCM groups(p>0.05),but all had evident difference with AR group and normal group(P<0.01). 3.Test the blooding level of IL-2,IL-4 and IFN-γ:all of the treatment groups had significant difference with AR group (P<0.01).Conclusion: 1.confirm the exist of unbalance between Th1 and Th2 in AR.2.The TCM can recover the balance of Th1 and Th2 in AR;3. The TCM can decrease the litration of EOS in rats' nasal mucosa,achieve treating purpose.4. Confirm the Yi Qi,warming lung and promote blood flow is the valid method of AR.
