[Objective]The primary aim of the study was to analysis the changes of operationstress in psychology, physiology and neuroendocrine of the colonoscopic polypectomypatients.and then,we analyze the effect of nursing intervention, the influence facters onthe effect of the psychological management and health education. In the mean time, thisstudy placed emphasis on the influence of general characteristics and psychologicalfacters of the patientswho obtain interventions from the nurse. Those work are all inorder to help patients to enhance the active coping mode towards the operation ortherapy stress and to pass through the postoperative rehabilitation stage smoothly.[Methods]The study randomly divided the patients to the intervention group andthe control group. For the intervention group, the researchers gave the patientshealtheducation and psychological assistant. For the control group, there was no interventiongiven to the patient. A serices of the data were measurd(include STAI,SDS,MCMQ,HR,BP,ACTH and Cortisone) in the first day of the hospitalization and the day beforethe operation.[Result]1. Anxiety also emerge in the colonoscopic polypectomy patientslike the otherpeople who have the surgical operation.the S-AI and SDS score went up and are allhigher than that of the normal standard in china.2. With the near of the operation, each data we measurd are all show significantdifference between the first day of hospitalization and the day before the operation intwo groups.3. The difference of each data we measurd are all show significant difference afternursing intervention. So we can get the result that nursing interventions can alleviate thestress of the colonoscopic polypectomy patient. The scores of S-AI and SDS went down,The SBP,HR,the plasma concentration of COLand ACTH went less higher than thatof the control group.4. The score of anxiety of the first day of hospitalization varied with the variablessuch as:"endoscopic operation history", "education years", "score of T-AI", "manner of payment", and, "avoidance of MCMQ". In the middle of them, "SDS", "T-AI",and" confrontation" has singnificant statistical meaning in the analysis of step-wisemultiple regression to determine statistical reliable predictors of the S-AI on the firstday of the hospitalization.5. The effections of the intervention analysis show: "confrontation" and "score ofT-AI" has singnificant statistical meaning of the effect of the intervention.[COnclusions]1. Although the colonoscopic polypectomy patientsavoid the injury of abdomenoperation, but it also can bring about the stress response in the psychology, physiologyand neuroendocrine. Each change of them has the deeply relationship.2. Nursing intervention can relieve the response intensity of the stress, to adjustthe coping mode and repair in trauma of the patient.3. The general characteristics of the patientssuch as:T-AI,education years, surportsystem and coping mode should be considered thoroughly during the evolution andmanagement of stress.
