Objective:Nursing basic science is the most important nursing course and occupy an important position in the course system of the whole nursing education. Because of our country of nursing education has been be placed in medium just for the middle professional education stage, nursing basic science also mainly educate students with development operation technical ability and well-trained nurse for main teaching target. The teachers'troops is also with medium education just for the teachers'troops of corpus. Under the traditional nursing mode that taking disease as central, this nursing troops developped a bigger function. But with the social development and the development of people's hygiene needing, traditional nursing mode that take disease as the center of the nursing mode gradually be replaced by the integrity nursing mode. At the same time, higher request to nursing education is put forward. The teaching aim of the nursing basic science already is not only to cultivate nursing students'operating technical ability. It has been given more contents and it also put forward to higher request to the teachers'education. Since the 80s in last century the undergraduate nursing education was recovered. And the number of the undergraduate nursing college continuously increases greatly. But because of it built in original possessed teachers and the teachers'troops also built from original teachers ,at present how the teachers'troops structure of the nursing basic science teachers is, whether the teachers'knowledge structure adapt to the nursing education development, is deserved to study this problem, this text is exactly according to this purpose and carry on research.Method : The author mainly adopts to questionnaire investigation method and assist a method with the interview, learn foundation a teacher to carry on inquisition to the undergraduate course nursing. Investigate mainly to commence from two aspect. 1, the undergraduate course nursing learn a teacher's general circumstance of foundation to investigate, mainly include age structure, educational background structure, title structure, from teach time limit etc.;2, the undergraduate course nursing learn the foundation teacher's knowledge need circumstance to investigate and mainly include to carry on inquisition to the need circumstances, such as information technique, foreign language knowledge, clinical fulfillment and research knowledge...etc.. Pass to statistics result carry on analytical processing.Result:The structure of the undergraduate nursing basic science teachers'troops is not reasonable, the teacher with undergraduate educational background still occupies greater comparison(38.04%), even still have the teacher(16.30%) of parts of specialty educational backgrounds, and the teacher with the graduate educational background is much lacker; The teacher's knowledge structure should be perfect in further, the information technique lack of the teacher occupy a very great comparison(93.48%), there are 21.17% teachers lack the foreign language knowledge and there are 52.17% teachers lack the research knowledge. The greatly parts of teachers'attitudes towards nursing research science are aggressive, but because of lacking information technique knowledge, science research knowledge and the foreign language level is low, influenced teacher's to carry on science research on nursing basic science; The clinical part-time teachers and full-time nursing basic science teachers have the different foundation on the knowledge needing. The clinical part-time teachers occupy stronger advantage on the clinical fulfillment, but in other respect particularly in foreign language knowledge the full-time nursing teachers have stronger advantage comparision with the part-time nursing teachers.Conclusion:Nursing basic science is occupy an important position in the nursing academics system and it is the foundation which trains higher quality nurses. The excellent teachers'structure and the perfect teachers'troops of the knowledge structure can raise teaching quality and it is also the key to train high quality nurses. Therefore, we have to pay more attention to the construction of the teachers'troops .According to the teachers different knowledge needing provides them with different training measures .The perfect teacher's knowledge structure, and high teaching qualities help the academics to develop fast.
