The trail was randomlydivided into two groups which were a treat group(30 cases) and a controlgroup(30cases). The control group is treated with Jin's 3-Needle, thetreatment group is treated with s Jin's 3-Needle and exericise therapy.Acupuncture and exercise 1 time per day and 6 times per week, 2 months is aperiod of treatment. Evaluate the result through TCM syndrome symptomassessment, NIHSS, Fugl-Meyer assessment and Barthel index. All data wereanalysed with spass11.0 software to compare the effect with the statisticalresults.Result:After a period of treatment, based on the criterion of TCM syndromesymptom assessment, NIHSS, Fugl-Meyer assessment and Barthel index,there is significant difference on effect between the two groups, the Jin's3-needle and exercise group's patients have gained good effect compared tocontrol group.Conclusion: Jin's 3-needle and exercise therapy can improve the effectsignificantly, it is a good method to treat ischemic stroke and is good forspreading widely for clinic.
