The Clinical Research On Jin's 3-needle And Attacking A Vital Point Therapy To Treat Apoplectic Hemiplegia

Objective:To observe the clinical effect that treat Apoplectic Hemiplegiawith Jin's 3-needle and Attacking A Vital Point Therapy. In order to probeinto clinical value of Jin's 3-needle combined with Attacking A Vital PointTherapy, Provide an effective comprehensive methed to Apoplectic Hemiplegia.Methods: Wo have selected suitable cases from the department of acupunctureand moxibustion in Guang Zhou university of 'TCM' No 1. affiliatedhosipital. 60 patients are randomly divided into experiment group andcomparison group, there are 30 cases in each group. Patients in the comparisongroup are treated with Jin's 3-needle methods, while those in the experimentgroup received Jin's 3-needle combined with Attacking A Vital Point Therapy.Treatment 1 time every day and 3 times is a period of treatment. After twoperiods of treatment, wo observe the clinical effect, Make appraisal of thenerve function damage, the motor function and the activities of dailyliving. All data are analysed to compare the effect with the statisticalrecults.Result: After 2 periods of treatment, the two groups' patients have bothgained good effect. In experiment group the effect is better than thecomparison group, there is significant differentce on effect between theexperiment group and comparison group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:1) Both Jin's 3-needle and Jin's 3-needle combined withAttacking A Vital Point Therapy can advance recovery of nerve functions,improve motor functions and activities of daily living. 2) The total clinicaleffective rate in the experiment group is 93.33%, while in the comparison group is 86.67%. By rank sum test(u=2.2980), there is significant differentce betweentwo groups(P＜0.05), which prompts Jin's 3-needle combined with Attacking AVital Point Therapy considers the whole curative effect. There is bettertherapeutic effect on improve patients' nerve function damage, the motorfunction and the activities of daily living.
