The Research Of Antitumor Effect And Pathomorphogy Of Yaobaokeailing Capsule

OBJECT: To explore the effect of ybkal-capsule on anti-tumor and to observe the histopathologic change in tumorous tissue preliminary.METHODS: (1)The inhibitory effect on sarcoma 180 in mice: the model of mice-bearing carcinoma was established and calculated the inhibition ratios of the tumor weight, and repeated it three times. (2) In the experiment of prolonging the Kunming mouse bearing H22:the model of mice bearing carcinoma was established by inoculating H22 cells into the abdominal cavity of the Kunming mouse, calculate the living days and the prolonging rate of live, and repeated it two times. (3)We observed the extent of putrescence in tumorous cell with optic-microscope. (4) We observed cell apoptosis with electrical microscope.RESULTS: (1) In the inhibitory experiment of the solid carcinoma:By Stating the average weight of the each group solid carcinoma,it indicated that every therapy group can inhibite the solid carcinoma in some sense.compared with control group,the group- group distinctions have statistics meaning.medium dose group and low dose group of ybkal-capsule decoction has better effect.(2)In the experiment of prolonging the Kunming mouse bearing H₂₂:calculate the live days and the rate of prolonging live,it indicated that ybkal-capsule can prolong the lives of the Kunming mouse bearing H₂₂,but compared with control group,the group-group distinctions have no statistics meaning .(3) We observed histopathologial change in tumorous tissue through optic microscrope and concluded that different dosage of ybkal-capsule could accelerate the putrescence of tumorous tissue. (4) We observed histopathologial change in tumorous tissue through electrical microscrope and concluded that different dosage of ybkal-capsule could accelerate the cell apoptosis of tumorous tissue. CONCLUSION: (l)ybkal-capsule can inhibit sarcoma-180 evidently.(2)It cann't prolong the lives of Kunming mouse bearing H22 in the abdominal cavity.(3)It can accelerate the cell apoptosis and the putrescence of tumorous tissue .
