Study On The Effect Of Ling-Qi Capsule On The INOS And COX-2 And The Anti-Tumor Effect Of The Mice Sarcoma S₁₈₀

Objectives: To discuss the anti-tumor effect of Ling-qi capsule on mice bearing S₁₈₀ and they have an important influence on secreting cytokine.Further explore the mechanism of action. Methods: Adopting the experiment method inside the body, To sample sarcoma S₁₈₀ mice ascites which have growing for 7 days in asepsis condition, dilute 1:3 with asepsis brine(about included sarcoma cell 1×10⁸/ml), inoculate into skin of the right forelegs with 0.2ml per mice, make into the model of mice S₁₈₀. After giving drugs for 11 days, the inhibiting rate of tumor, thymus index, spleen index and the content of iNOS in its peripheral blood with ELISA and COX-2 in its tumor with SP were determined. Results: The inhibitory rate is 17.99%, 33.47% and48.95%.Ling-qi capsule obviously inhibits tumor without losing weight and influencing immune organs. Compared with the model group, the content of iNOS, COX-2 is significantly reduced in peripheral blood and tumor. Conclusions: Ling-qi capsule can obviously inhibit tumor of S₁₈₀, enhance the life quality of mice bearing tumor . The mechanism may be: reduced the content of iNOS, COX-2.The paper provide experimental data for theory of treating tumor in clinic.
