Objective:To study the efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing of the DJM in mice bearing S180 tumor cells on chemical therapeutic drug cytoxan and the impact on the expression of p53 and PCNA. Methods:To evaluate the drug's activity of anti-tumor and judge DJM's efficacy enhancing by calculating the ratio of anti-tumor and q. To judge DJM's toxicity reducing by observing the change of the peripheral white blood cells in serum , determining the rate of MN and the weight of the spleen and thoracic glad. To observe the impact on the expression of p53 and PCNA in tumor cells by method of SABC. Results:â‘ the radio of anti-tumor was 35.50%. The compounds of DJM and CTX can enhance the anti-tumor effect(q=o.867), the compound's anti-tumor effect enhanced obviously(the radio of anti-tumor was);â‘¡DJM have recovered effect on the decreased WBC and the weight of the spleen and thoracic glad; DJM have decreased radio of MN applying chemical therapeutic drug cytoxan.â‘¢DJM group and model group showed the conspicuous difference in the positive expression of mt-p53 and DJM can reduce the expression of mt-p53.â‘£DJM group and model group showed the conspicuous difference in the positive expression of PCNA and DJM can reduce the expression of PCNA. Conclution:DJM has efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing effect on mice bearing S180 tumor cells who are treated with anti-tumor drug like cytoxan. DJM can also regulate the expression of mt-p53 and PCNA in S180 tumor cells to show the anti-tumor function.
