Experimental Study Of Efficacy Enhancing And Toxicity Reducing Effect Of Gapsgf Injection On Chemical Therapeutic Drug Cytoxan

Objective:To study the chemical therapeutic effects and efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing of GAPSGF injection on mice who are treated with chemical therapeutic drug like Cytoxan. Methods: Mice bearing in vivo transplanted tumor-H22 hepatic carcinoma were used to evaluate the drug's activity of anti-tumor and GAPSGF's efficacy enhancing effect by calculating the ratio of antitumor and q. HE dyeing was applied to observe the tumor's morphological changes after the anti - tumor drug. It is observed the change of theperipheral white blood cells in serum and the body weight to analyze the GAPSGF's toxicity reducing effect on the anti - tumor drug-Cytoxan. Applying ELISA method to observe the change of IL-2 in serum ,Applying carbon clearance method to test the function of uninuclear phagocyte,took the weight of the spleen and thoracic gland, analyzed the mechanism — efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing of GAPSGF. Results: ①The compounds of GAPSGF injection and CTX can enhance the anti - tunour effects (q=0.902), The appropriate compound's anti - tumor effects enhanced obviously than the 5 0% dose of the CTX and GAPSGF injection (the ratio of antitumor 81.17%); ② The compounds of GAPSGF injection and CTX make the tumor texture's morphological recovered changes obvious; ③ GAPSGF injection have recovered effect on the decreased WBC and the body weight ( P<0.05 ) ; ④The compounds of GAPSGF injection and CTX have enhanced effect on the IL-2 in serum of mice groupwith tumor, and enhanced the function of uninuclear phagocyte of the mice groupwith tumor and index of viscera (P<0.05) .Conclusion: GAPSGF injection has efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing effect on H22 hepatic carcinoma mice who are treated with anti - tumor drug like Cytoxan, the mechanism of this action realized by the increasing immunity...
