With the rapid development of China's economy, people's living condition has been improved and their demand for health care service is growing accordingly. In order to build a harmonious society, equity is usually recognized to be an important policy objective in the health care field, which is not only a measure of social welfare, but also an engine to efficient health care service supply. However, as people have different education background, professional skill and working experience, the different health care service they have provided are always heterogeneous.An adjustment of statistics from Zhejiang Province, based on the heterogeneity hypothesis will give a more accurate result of the health manpower equity status. Further, with the help of this kind of result, better and finer policies will come out.
