The Clinical Study To Observe The Short-term Treatment Effect Of Anterior Teeth Replacement By Immediate Implants

Objective To compare the short-trem clinical results of immediate and conventional placementof implants in anterior teeth. To assess the clinical meaning of immediate implants in anteriorteeth.Methods 58 dental implants as test group were immediately placed into sockets at the time ofteeth or roots were extracted. At the same period 52 implants were selected randomly as controlgroup received conventional implantation. All patients were provided with fixed partialprostheses. The patients were followed-up with clinical and radiographic examination rangedfrom 6 to 36 months from the day of implantation. Every group was divided into 3 subgroupsaccording to the observation period: 6months, 12months and 24months. Compare the implants'diameter and length, the marginal bone loss of the implants, the cumulative survival rate andthe volume of the papillae.Results1. The 2 years' cumulative survival rate was 96.55% for test group, while 98.08% for controlgroup.2. There was a significant statistically difference in comparative analysis of implant diameter. 3.There was a statistically difference in comparative analysis of implant length.4. There was a statistically difference in the volume of dental papilla aesthetics between thetwo groups, the immediate implants showed good results in the patients satisfaction.5. No statistically differences of the marginal bone loss were observed between the two groups.Conclusions After a careful and strict selection of patients, immediate placement of implantsinto fresh extraction sockets is a valid procedure to preserve bone and soft tissue configurationat the implant site. anterior teeth replacement by immediate implant can be considered as a suresystem to reach an excellent functional and harmonious aesthetic restoration.
