| Implant restorations have become one of the main repair methods for dentition defects.With the advancement of technology and people’s pursuit of beauty,simply reconstructing the oral occlusal function is no longer the only requirement for implant restoration.This article starts from the biological safety of implant materials.Based on the clinical application of aesthetic properties and post-repair aesthetic effects,3D printed personalized zirconium dioxide implant materials were researched,and the anterior restoration methods,evaluation criteria,and effects of influencing factors were reviewed.Multiple case reports have been fully illustrated.First,we discussed the preparation of personalized zirconia implant materials.This study used 3D printed zirconia implants to explore different acquisition methods for 3D oral data;provided 3D image acquisition and model reconstruction through CBCT and Mimics software to provide data input for denture fabrication and surface treatment experiments;studied 3D printing + Cold isostatic pressing + sintering print processing method,and the samples were subjected to pressure test,micro hardness test and surface treatment experiment;finally,based on the finite element analysis,the stress of the denture under different filling conditions and different stress conditions was studied The distribution characteristics have accumulated rich experience for the pre-treatment of clinical application of zirconia implants.Secondly,with the continuous maturation of implantation and restoration technology and materials,aesthetics has become one of the successful standards for implant restoration treatment.This article first focuses on the connotation and application of the two standards for the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth: the red aesthetic index and the white aesthetic index.This review summarizes the aesthetic restoration effects of different methods such as immediate implantation,delayed implantation,and guided bone regeneration implantation.Then,the influence of gingival biotypes on the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth was analyzed,and the measurement method of gingival biotypes and the important role of gingival biotypes in aesthetic design were clarified.Finally,a systematic review of the aesthetic restoration method of anterior teeth based on digital smile design is presented.Finally,this article lists 5 cases related to aesthetic implantation: 2 cases of aesthetic restoration of maxillary anterior teeth,2 cases of aesthetic restoration of mandibular anterior teeth,and 1 case of multidisciplinary treatment of dentition and defects.According to the results of patient examination,designed a personalized aesthetic restoration plan and achieved satisfactory results for patients. |
